estuffz does not own any of the intellectual property rights including copyright over the designs, contents and Products displayed for sale on the Website as the same are completely owned by such designers uploading the same or their assignees. estuffz only provides a platform that would facilitate the purchase and sale of the Products uploaded by the designers and do not own any content or have any other rights over the same. The user hereby agrees that claim being made in relation to the intellectual property rights of the contents / designs/ Products uploaded on the Website will be made directly against such designers who have uploaded it and estuffz shall not be responsible or liable in relation to the same. It shall be the sole discretion of estuffz to pre screen the design / content / Product uploaded on the Website. However, it is to be noted that estuffz does not have any obligation to do so. Submitted Image Policy
We will print the image as it is submitted to us. The user has to ensure that a good quality image is submitted to ensure a good quality print. There will be slight variations as image is different on screen and on the printed medium due to changes in brightness of the screen.
Design Policy for Customized Products
Since the printing process is manual, minor changes in design are to be expected in the final product. The phone case has cuts for buttons and cameras for accessibility. The sides and back concerning these parts are uncovered. Hard cases cover the phone from back and sides only. Soft cases may cover from top and bottom as well depending on the stock. For any issue being faced with the product, you may contact us for a replacement only. The same will be authorized as per our discretion.
